Terms and conditions
These are the terms you agree to by using bolsteer.com. They cover the website itself. Any work we go on to do together is governed by a separate written agreement.
Who we are
bolsteer.com is operated by Bolsteer Ltd, registered in England, company number 17118922, registered office 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. Where these terms say we, us or our, that is who they mean. Contact us at info@bolsteer.com.
Using this site
You may read the site, and use the booking form for its intended purpose. Please do not attempt to break into it, overload it, scrape it wholesale, or use it to send anyone anything unlawful. We may withdraw access if you do.
The site is aimed at businesses in the United Kingdom. You are welcome to read it from anywhere, but we make no claim that it is appropriate or available elsewhere.
Booking a call
Choosing a time on the booking page reserves a slot in our diary and sends you a calendar invite. It is an arrangement to talk, nothing more. It is not an offer of work, it does not commit either of us to anything, and no fee is payable for it.
We may need to move or cancel a booking. If we do, we will tell you and offer another time. You can cancel or reschedule using the link in your invite.
Please give us accurate details. If the email address is wrong we cannot reach you, and the booking is not much use to either of us.
What is on the site
The text, design, logo and code on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You are welcome to read, quote and link to it. Please do not republish it as your own or use our name and logo to suggest we endorse something we do not.
Anything on the site describing what we do, how we work, or what results are possible is a description, not a promise. Nothing here forms part of a contract.
Accuracy and availability
We take care to keep the site correct and current, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors, nor that it will always be available. We may change or remove any part of it without notice.
Anything you read here is general information. It is not advice for your specific situation, and you should not act on it as though it were.
Liability
We do not exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Beyond that, and because the site is provided free, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it.
You are dealing with us as a business. The consumer rights that would apply to an individual buying for personal use do not apply here.
Other sites we link to
Where we link out, it is because we think the destination is worth reading. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for them.
Your privacy
How we handle your data is set out in our cookies and privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies, so it is worth a look if it matters to you.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
